Jane Unger Baumstark

Jane has sewn for 50 years, starting with a pair of groovy yellow culottes in the 60’s on a Singer treadle machine. She loves learning about fiber arts and making art quilts, garments and accessories, and adding embroidery and mixed media to her projects. Jane teaches a monthly series Art Quilting Studio at Jackman’s Fabrics in St. Louis, Missouri and southern Illinois. Firing up your creativity while making a big, beautiful mess is her super power. Jane is also a freelance writer specializing in creative nonfiction, humor, copywriting and content development.
