Formal Feathers

This class is designed to teach you how to quilt elegant formal feathers (sometimes referred to as Over the top feathers). You will learn the movement and rhythm of quilting this type of feather. Feather designs can be quilted in blocks, sashings, borders, as well as an all over feather meander.

Theresa is an award winning quilter, pattern designer, author and longarm quilter. She made her first quilt in 1988 and has never looked back. After years of making quilts and hand quilting them,she joined a guild in 1999 and began her longarm quilting business. Theresa loves the creativity that quilting allows her, from designing quilt patterns to machine quilting designs on her customers’ quilts.
