As an educator, I am so excited to share my passion of sewing with you! I have been sewing ever since I can remember. I always wanted to stand out with new trends and styles and the only way to do that was to create my own twist on existing patterns. I was always making clothing and home-dec items for family and myself. When I was old enough I worked in a quilting store and that opened up a completely new world for me. I fell in love with fabric, threads, and patterns. I began writing patterns for purses and quilts and soon after started teaching classes in stores and for quilt guilds. The best part of my job is when I can inspire someone to find the joy in sewing as much as I do.
