Traveling Sewing Kit
Everyone needs a compact carryall for basic sewing supplies and this small kit hold lots of sewing notions. Whether you are going to retreats, a friend’s house to sew, or keeping your notions together for an organized sewing day, this traveling sewing kit makes it easy to keep everything together. It has two zippered pockets, areas for marking tools/scissors/seam ripper and pins/safety pins/needles. Folds up and ties on the side for total convenience.

- Basic sewing supplies
- Long thin glass head pins
- 15 Wonder Clips (small size)
- Light and dark washout marking utensil
- Rulers: 6” x 24” and 1” x 6”
- Rotary cutter
Ironing stations and cutting stations will be provided in the classroom.

Venitta McCall
Venitta McCall is an Independent Contractor for BERNINA and a member of their Event Team. With over 40 years as a university professor and administrator, Venitta’s passion is teaching! She has enjoyed traveling and working with BERNINA dealers and their customers for over 20 years and she has worked extensively with all BERNINA software products, machine embroidery, quilting, sewing, and stitch manipulation techniques. She is an accredited Jenny Haskins Tutor and a certified Hoopsisters™ instructor. For Venitta, the joy of sewing and especially with quilting is in the process and the learning that comes from sharing tips, techniques, new ways of stitching and rethinking what was done in the past and what now can be accomplished with the current technology available for machine work.
