Wool on Cotton

Learn everything you need to know about wool applique in this fun class. We will be making the Dahlia block from the Seed Merchant quilt. This class will teach you about thread, needle and stitch choices. No fusible or buttonhole stitch needed. Simple embroidery stitches to enhance your wool applique will be included as well. This block finishes at 11″ x 13″ and can be finished as a darling pillow or popped into a frame. This is a skills-oriented class suitable to all skill levels. Kits can be provided for a cost of $15.00 but are not required. Pattern provided at no charge for all participants.

She designs quilt and punch needle patterns under the name Linen Closet Designs and is a licensed fabric designer for Diamond Textiles. Her patterns have a vintage, folk art appeal.
