“Japanese Dolls” by Kathleen Gregory of Grandview Missouri, is 42″ x 54″. Designed by Susan Claire and published in Quiltmania Magazine. Quilted by Georgia Stull of Heartland Quiltworks. Kathleen says: “Saw picture online and tried to get a pattern. It was in a 2-part magazine. I could only find one issue so gave up.”
“Oriental Cabins” was created by Sandra David of Leawood, Kansas. It is 48″ x 56″ and was designed by Emiko Yoshida. Sandra says: “This quilt is a paper-pieced log cabin with oriental undertones. I love the movement of the pattern made by the log cabin placement.”
