We’re continuing to share with you two more outstanding examples of quilts exhibited at Kansas City Regional Quilt Festival 2019.
Bloom’n Cacti
Lori Lange of Overland Park, Kansas, created this 44-3/4″ x 59-3/4″ quilt. It is a Laura Heine pattern, and was quilted by Tia Curtis. Lori says: “Fused applique with fussy-cut embellishment, machine stitched and quilted.”
Bunny Land
Lynn Droege of Overland Park Kansas, created “Bunny Land” from a block-of-the-month pattern by Sarah Fielke. This 96″ x 96″ beauty was quilted by Tia Curtis. Lynn says: “Mixed machine pieced and machine applique using shaded fabrics and bright colors.”
