Waterwheel Star

Is there anything better than a “one-block-and-you’re-done” project? I don’t think so! The Waterwheel Star is a great introduction into the world of 60-degree patchwork and sewing set-in seams (yes, “Y-seams”!) on the sewing machine. Using both chain-piecing and Y-seam piecing for its construction, this block comes together beautifully. If hearing “Y-seams” makes you shudder, well, have no fear! Kelly has literally taught thousands of quilters to successfully sew Y-seams on the sewing machine, and she hasn’t had anyone fail yet!
