Plan to Attend – KCRQF 2019!

Originally just a vision, the Kansas City Regional Quilt Festival continues to grow!  The 2019 Festival is in the planning stages and we’ll update you as those plans come together.  For now, share in some of the excitement!

Dates and Location:  June 13, 14, and 15, 2019 – Overland Park Convention Center, Overland Park, Kansas.

Quilts!  You’ll see the best of the quilts by our participating guild members, as well as submissions in the judged category, and some special collections.

Classes!  We have an impressive list of teachers and presenters lined up — we’ll share information as we iron out the final details.

Vendors!  Approximately 140 vendors will participate, with a variety of products for your shopping pleasure.

Demonstrations!  Our sponsors and vendors will present free demonstrations during the show hours.

Preview Night!  New this Festival will be an opportunity to view the show and shop the vendors on the night before it opens to the public.  Our plans are to make this a benefit event for a local non-profit focusing on furthering the mission of sewing and quilting.

We will have even more exciting news for you as the time approaches.  And, if all that’s not enough, Kansas City has a wide variety of attractions — including:

The Country Club Plaza — one of the first ever shopping centers!

The Arabia Steamboat Museum

And for baseball fans — the Kansas City Royals!

Stay tuned for updates!
