Cancellation Policy:
1) You may not cancel a class once it is purchased.
2) If there is a Waitlist for a class you cannot attend, and the Festival can find a quilter to take you spot in the class, then and only then will you receive a refund.
3) If the Overland Park Convention Center cancels KCRQF, then you will receive a refund minus card processing fees.
No Admission Ticket is required to participate in any of the Classes!
