Every great journey begins with careful planning. We're excited to announce that in 2025, the Kansas City Regional Quilt Festival (KCRQF) will be celebrating a decade of inspiration. Join us from June 11-14, 2025, at the Overland Park Convention Center for a milestone event that promises to be our best yet. We look forward to welcoming quilters to the festival on Chartered Bus Tours. . As always, registration for your bus tour is free! We will list your tour details on our website so that interested quilters can contact you for more information on joining your chartered bus.

Benefits of Registering Your Chartered Bus Tour:

  • Free Registration: No cost to register your tour group with KCRQF.
  • Advertising: Your group will be advertised on our website.
  • Discounted Group Tickets: Enjoy reduced prices available for groups of 12 or more.
  • Payment: Payment for your tickets and merchandise packages due by April 1, 2025
  • Pre-Purchase Merchandise: Watch for Merchandise packages available in January 2025 or can be purchased at the festival.
  • Quick Entry: Avoid lines with our volunteer tour guides facilitating a smooth entry for your group.
  • Timely Updates: KCRQF will keep you informed with the latest festival developments.
  • Hotel Info: Hotels offering discounted rates to KCRQF attendees are listed on our website. Book early as they fill up quickly.

Admission

Single Day Admission Ticket - $16
*Single day tickets will be $20 at the door.

Group Single Day Ticket = $14
*minimum purchase of 12

Three Day Admission Ticket = $32 
*3-day tickets will not be sold at the door

Group Three Day Ticket = $28
*minimum purchase of 12

  • All tickets must be purchased by the group coordinator.
  • Tickets are nonrefundable and only transferable within the group.
  • A Showbook for each attendee.
    • Pre-order for Merchandise items will be available January 17, 2025.
    • Pre-order of merchandise does not include show admission.
    • Order in any quantity.

Additionally, please email your company logo to Groups@KCRQF.com 

This will be included on our website posting.

Our Groups Coordinator, Lynda Loomis will contact you directly to complete your registration.

We will work to finalize your ticket quantities closer to the festival and send an invoice to your 

group coordinator. All tickets will be electronic - and will be sent as a group to the coordinator.

All payments must be paid April 1, 2025.
