The Kansas City Regional Quilt Festival has blocked hotel rooms with special room rates for the 2025 KCRQF, June 12-14, 2025. You MUST mention the “Kansas City Regional Quilt Festival" when making your reservations in order to receive the special room rates. However, these rates are available only to the capacity of the Festival’s reserved room block at each hotel. Room rates do not include state or local taxes.
