Guild quilts should be registered by the Quilt Coordinator for each guild & not by individual members.
Please do not enter information until March 1, 2025. This registration form is available prior to March 1, 2025 for the Quilt Coordinators to determine information needed and collect from their members. Registration will close March 31, 2025.
