2025 Judged Quilt Registration
Entries will be accepted starting Jan. 6, 2025 and close no later than March 3,2025 (or until display limits reached).
When online submission has been submitted, you will receive an email confirmation.
If you DO NOT get the email confirmation, please contact: judging@kcrqf.com.
Quilt Registration Details
During the registration process you will be required to upload a photo of the quilt. The photo should be a color photo of your quilt. A 'work in progress' photo is acceptable, as long as the quilt is recognizable, although a pattern photo is not!

*If you have multiple quilts to enter, please enter your first quilt then go to the shopping page and click on "continue shopping" and come back to the registration page for your next quilt.
