Presentation Opener – go get the presenter 15 minutes before they are scheduled and accompany them to the stage. If needed they will also help to carry supplies, etc. Advise regarding bathroom location.

Please arrive 30 minutes before the start of the shift to check-in with the volunteer desk. After check-in, please proceed upstairs to the Demonstrations Stage for further instructions.
