Make a Weekend of It—Stay for the Stitching!

Planning to join us for the Kansas City Regional Quilt Festival, June 16–19, 2027? Make your KCRQF experience even easier—and more fun—by staying close to the action!

We’ve reserved special hotel room blocks and rates exclusively for KCRQF attendees, making it convenient to turn your festival visit into a full quilting getaway. Gather your stitching friends, book your room, and get ready for four days of inspiration, education, shopping, creativity, and community!

Important: When making your reservation, you MUST mention “Kansas City Regional Quilt Festival” to receive the special KCRQF room rate.

Don’t wait to reserve your room! Special rates are available only while rooms remain in the Festival’s reserved block at each participating hotel.

Room rates do not include applicable state or local taxes.
