The Kansas City Regional Quilt Festival is excited to invite new vendors to apply for the 2027 event, taking place June 16–19 at the Overland Park Convention Center.

At KCRQF, we strive to build a vibrant Vendor Marketplace that inspires our guests and highlights companies dedicated to the stitching arts. To begin the selection process, simply complete our vendor questionnaire with details about your business and the products you offer. Our Vendor Committee will review your information and explore your online presence to learn more. Once this step is complete, we’ll reach out with next steps.

We encourage you to apply early—our Vendor Marketplace traditionally sells out quickly.
