Refund Policy
- Tickets are non-refundable unless the event is canceled by KCRQF.
- It is recommended that if you are not able to attend the festival that you sell or share your tickets with another.
- Full refund if canceled by KCRQF.
- Partial refunds available if canceled by the attendee before the published cancellation deadline.
No refunds after class materials have been shipped or distributed.
If KCRQF cancels the festival due to unforeseen circumstances, refunds or credits will be issued at the organization's discretion.

Violations may result in removal from the event without refund.
